DWI: almost nude woman refuses breathalyzer test

Being pulled over in suspect of driving under the influence can be a very difficult and embarrassing experience that can often result in a drunken driving arrest. DWI charges are backed by serious legal and social consequences that can stain one's reputation forever. A Warwick, New York, woman may never live down a recent DWI arrest that has the internet recently buzzing.

The 36 year old woman was allegedly driving while wearing only an unzipped winter coat when she was pulled over by New Jersey police around 1 a.m. The woman's clothes were found in the back seat of her car despite the freezing weather. The police were responding to a call placed by a Sparta, New Jersey, resident reporting that a vehicle had crashed into a retaining wall outside their home. The police caught up with the woman's white Volkswagen Jetta near the reported incident and noticed her car had sustained significant damages.

The woman allegedly appeared very intoxicated, as well as almost nude, and was slurring her speech upon being pulled over. Reports state that the officer requested the woman to put her dress back on before exiting the vehicle and performing a sobriety test. The woman refused a breathalyzer test and denied ever being nude before being arrested and received multiple charges, including a DWI, failure to report a major crash, and fleeing the scene of a hit and run.

Although the woman claims that she does not remember being in any accident or driving nearly nude the result will be an experience she will never forget.
